Helping kids and their families, one bite at a time.
If you're seeking support for your child or family around nutrition, you've come to the right place. As a mom of three and a dietitian for over 15 years, I understand the real challenges families face when it comes to feeding and nutrition. I'm here to provide compassionate, personalized care that meets your family exactly where you are.
My Story
I'm a Boston Children's Hospital-trained pediatric dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition, and I've been working with children and families for over 15 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
What sets my practice apart is my background in Education from Boston College, which gave me a strong foundation in child development, child psychology, and teaching strategies that inform how I work with families. I understand that nutrition isn't just about food—it's about your child's development, your family's dynamics, and finding approaches that actually work in real life.
I work with infants, toddlers, school-aged children, tweens, teens, college students, young adults, and their families, providing nutritional counseling tailored to each family's specific needs. I continue to practice at Boston Children's Hospital and also see patients at West Cambridge Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of Wellesley.

What Families Are Saying
“Sara has been a blessing to Ellie's care. She's knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely supportive. What sets her apart is how she communicates directly with Ellie, taking the time to explain things in a way she truly understands. We're so grateful to have found her.”
“We really appreciate the excellent nutrition guidance Sara has provided our family. We initially consulted her when our 10-month-old daughter had multiple food allergies. Over the years, Sara guided us through a comprehensive nutrition plan while staying aware of what our daughter needed at each stage. We're happy to share that our now 4-year-old daughter has been growing beautifully! We're so thankful for Sara's expertise and support.”
“My teen son saw Sara when he had questions about nutrition and his body. As an active athlete in a bigger body, he felt worried about how he was developing. Sara reassured him that he was growing normally and taught him how the food he ate fueled his body and supported his athletic performance. I'm so thankful for Sara's ability to connect with my son on his level and for her expertise in supporting growing adolescents.”
“I am one of Sara's biggest fans. If not for her and my daughter's team of doctors, my daughter would not be here today. Sara has been one of my daughter's biggest advocates and supporters for years, following her from age 3 through age 11. My daughter was a very challenging case and eventually required an NG-tube and then a G-tube. Sara was instrumental in advocating for my daughter's optimal nutrition and helping her not just survive, but truly thrive. My respect for Sara has only grown over the years, and I'm so grateful she has always gone above and beyond for my daughter.”
